Fit Tip Tuesday!Once you get started on a workout plan it's great but isn't it hard to get re- started again once you fall off? I know because I love to lift but I couldn't for almost 10 months due to some shoulder injuries. I finally got the ok to start lifting yesterday and boy was I frustrated with my performance-- but instead of having a pity party for myself, I decided to make lemonade out of lemons (that's sugar free lemonade of course, lol).
