Get Ripped Chest Track. This is an awesome strength training class for all the major muscle groups.  All fitness levels are welcome!

 

PiYo Class- A mixture of Pilates and Yoga- great for increased flexibility and relaxation!

Interval Training Challenge™- One of D3’s signature classes!  You compete with yourself for 3 weeks in a row and go from good, to better, to your best!  

Boot Camp Divas/Co-Eds™ Class- In this class, we just have fun and give it all we have. Each class is something new and exciting to help you burn fat and get fit! You can always modify this class and work at a lower pace until you are ready to go full throttle. In the class shown below, we are hitting the hurdles,hard :-) 

Tabata Strength Class- This video shows an upper body section of this class. You work for 20 secs and you rest for 10 seconds for 8 rounds. All classes are modifiable to your fitness level.

Tabata Strength Class- This video show a lower body/upper body section of this class. You work for 20 secs and you rest for 10 seconds for 8 rounds.  All classes are modifiable to your present fitness level.

Pound Express Class- This class is very different and fun. It’s great for sculpting your lower body! For all fitness levels! 

Turbo Kick- The Turbo Round- This is a fun dancy kickboxing class. This video shows the TURBO ROUND where you super amp it up for about 1 minute (the whole class is not as HIGH as this part, trust me) . This class is also modifiable for all levels.  You can take it high or low. 

 D3 Just Train™! This is a tabata style circuit training class that changes every week! There is always cardio and strength training but the members never know what to expect…except a great workout of course!!  This class is also modifiable for all levels.

Fit Force 2™- This class is great because its a quick 12-2o minute workout but its SUPER intense.  At the beginning of class you practice the skill that will be in the workout so your form is good.  This class is also modifiable.

 

Turbo Kick Class! This is a stone cold groove!  So fun and you burn mega calories!
